Magnetic Phonetics Back to Basics Set

The new Magnetic Phonetics Back to Basics set with a printed folding magnetic receptive board is the perfect tool for students to create phonological awareness and word recognition and to practice reading and spelling skills. 
 
The board features a colorfully printed interior that shows where the various colors of magnet tiles can be placed, as well as a defined area for word construction. Based on teacher suggestions, the "My Word Is..." word construction area is located at the bottom right-hand side of the board. This location eliminates the need for students to reach across the rows of magnet tiles when forming their words and gives them visual access to all the available tiles during word construction activities. The back of the board has printed red and blue lines, so students can practice their penmanship (with dry erase markers) or use that area to create magnetic tile sentences.
 
This set is designed to work for students from Kindergarten through 3rd Grade. Each set comes with 106 magnetic letter tiles (there is an extra set of vowels and consonants) and a full color 12" x 18" folding magnetic receptive dry erase board.
